Insurances
We participate with most major insurances and will be happy to handle all insurance claims. Please contact one of our
clinics if you do not see your insurance provider listed.
If you have HMO insurance, remember to obtain the necessary referral from your primary care doctor before your visit.
Payments
Chantilly Foot and Ankle Center accepts many forms of payment.
Copays and deductibles are expected at the time of service. Coinsurance payments may be made directly to the clinic
where services were rendered, via US mail or phone payment.
We want to help you meet your financial responsibility without undue hardship but ask that you pay your balance in a
timely manner. This can alleviate anxiety and help keep your account in good standing.
If you have an insurance company that we do not participate with, we are still happy to see you. However, payment is
expected at the time services are provided.
